Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

For the most up-to-date information on your delivery, please check your tracking and contact the courier directly. Once your parcel is with the courier, they are best placed to provide delivery updates, locate your parcel or assist with any delivery issues.

If you weren’t home when delivery was attempted, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information to arrange redelivery or collection.

GUD Swim is unable to arrange this on your behalf, so please contact the courier as soon as possible to prevent your parcel from being returned to us.

If your parcel has been returned to us because it was not collected or redelivery was not arranged, please get in touch once your tracking confirms it is being returned.

For international orders, a flat $20 AUD return-to-sender fee applies. This will be deducted from your refund or charged before your order is resent.
